WE MAKE OUR FOOD FROM SCRATCH - The only items in our freezer are fries and ice cream. We have a REAL kitchen on-site where we even grind our own pork burger from USDA #1 fresh-never-frozen pork loin 2-3x a week and crush pretzels to use in our pretzel breading. There is no added MSG to anything on our menu. We eliminate mysterious "natural flavors" and questionable "artificial flavors" whenever practical. We use only 100% Canola Oil which makes our food less greasy, healthier, and taste better!
WE ARE POPULAR - We opened on September 12, 2016. In our first year we received over 650 - 5 star reviews from various social media platforms. We have won dozens of "Best of Kansas City" awards and have been featured on 3 local news stations.
WE ARE FAST - Typical wait times average 3-5 minutes once you place your order. You may order at the restaurant or or in advance online. When ordering online you can pickup inside or at drive-thru.

LOCATION #1 - 1110 East Santa Fe, Olathe, KS 66061 includes a dining room, patio and drive-thru. Open 10:30am to 9pm Monday - Saturday, Closed Sunday.
LOCATION #2 - 5831 Merriam Drive, Merriam, KS 66203 in a former "dive bar" includes a dining room, patio, curbside delivery plus a full selection of liquor, beer and wine along with dart boards and a pool table. Open 11am Monday - Saturday. Closed Sunday. Kitchen closes at 10pm, bar might stay open later.
